How much in advance should I
book a postpartum doula?

Normally it is about two months before delivery to ensure postpartum support is secured, but it's never to late to call.

Frequently Asked Questions

Supporting you through the transition into parenthood is my joy. Here are some answers to common questions about how we can work together during your postpartum journey.

What exactly does a postpartum doula do?

As your doula, I provide personalized support focusing on the mother’s recovery and the family’s well-being. This includes newborn care education, breastfeeding assistance, light meal prep, and emotional check-ins to help you feel rested and confident.

What is included in your postpartum support packages?

My packages are designed to give you peace of mind. They typically cover personalized recovery care, infant soothing techniques, sibling adjustment help, and basic household organization to keep your home running smoothly.

When do visits take place and how long are they?

Daytime visits are usually scheduled in 4-hour blocks to provide focused support, but our packages offer various options to fit your personal needs.

Where can I find pricing and package information?

I offer several tiers of support depending on how many weeks or hours you need. You can find a reference to my standard packages on the Services page, or contact me for a customized plan tailored to your needs.

What areas around Sheridan and Indy do you serve?

I primarily serve families in Sheridan, and throughout the greater Indianapolis area, including Westfield, Noblesville, Carmel, Zionsville, Kirklin, Lebanon and Whitestown.
